Shipping and Processing
In-stock items are shipped as promptly as possible. Should there be a delay with your order you will be informed on the next business day.
Apply the following fees to your merchandise total. These fees apply to each address we ship to. Sorry, but we are unable to ship outside the 50 United States.

Taxes
Paddington Station is an Oregon-based corporation and does not charge or report any sales tax for products or services sold. If our customer’s state requires that any tax be paid on this transaction, the customer assumes all responsibility for reporting and paying the tax.
In a Hurry Service
For rush delivery: place your order by 2:00 p.m. PST. For in stock items, delivery should arrive in 2-3 business days for an additional $12.95. Any backordered items will arrive by standard shipping method.
For overnight delivery, please place your order by 2:00 p.m. PST. For in stock items, delivery should arrive the next business day for an additional $24.95. Any backordered items will arrive by standard shipping method.
These services are not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

Gift Wrapping Service
We will be happy to gift box an item for you and include a personalized greeting. There is a charge of $4.95 per item for this service. Gift boxes are not available for some items, but our signature paper wrap will be substituted.
Easy Exchanges and Returns:
At Paddington Station we take great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.

We will issue you a refund of the purchase price in your original payment method when accompanied by your packing slip. Without the packing slip we will isuue you a merchandise credit for the current selling price. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process returns.
